Participants needed for an exploration of the effects of COVID-19 recreation restrictions on speech, communication, and quality of life in individuals with traumatic brain injury.

My name is Maryssa Thompson and I am a student at Manchester Metropolitan University conducting a dissertation. I would like to invite you to take a part in a study exploring how COVID-19 recreation restrictions may affect the speech, communication, and quality of life of individuals with TBI.

Individuals with traumatic brain injury are known to benefit from physical activity.  Recruitment for this study is targeted to individuals with traumatic brain injury (and their carers) who are able to comment on effects of the COVID-19 lockdown, specifically recreation restrictions that contribute to quality of life.   I hope to identify 4 individuals with traumatic brain injury who would like to participate.  Each individual is encouraged to invite someone in their life to join the interview.
