Orchard House provides a values based approach to delivering support which concentrates on where an individual currently is in their life and with them set achievable outcomes for the person to achieve with a tailored bespoke rehab plan. All people who receive a service from Orchard House are valued as citizens of the community and receive support by a well trained staff team.
The systems and procedures in place are all person centred and the core aim of the service is to enable individuals to live more independently in a community based environment as well as looking to deliver a “Best Value” service that enables the local authority to have a more cost effective solution without compromising on the quality of care.
The primary objective is that the people supported at Orchard House can build better lives and have meaningful day time occupations including, where appropriate, employment.
