Prospect Court is set in the heart of the community and takes a person centred approach to support all service users. The systems, procedures and paper work in place is all person centred and the core aim of the service and company is to enable individuals to lead independent and outstanding lives. Prospect Court consists of tenanted 2 bedroom flat shares for up to 22 people and 2 town houses for up to 6 people.

Welcome to Prospect Court, a supported living care service providing a mixture of one and two bedroom shared flats based in Sutton, Surrey. We provide care and support for up to 36 adults between the ages of 21-64 who have epilepsy, learning and physical disabilities or other complex needs.
Our person-led approach is driven through bespoke support plans and outcomes for people. Where required, our ethos of delivering support through the fundamental principles of positive behaviour support (PBS) is also in place. The aim of our PBS framework is not merely to reduce levels of challenging behaviour for people, but to improve quality of life.
Our highly experienced staff provide 24-hour care along with waking night specialist support. The trained team offer the maximum standards of care and support to tenants, while enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes.
