Therapy & Rehabilitation Centre. Multi-disciplinary therapy-led service offering day services for adults living with acquired brain injury. Providing personalised and effective rehabilitation services delivered by dedicated, professional and compassionate staff. Offering full Needs Assessment, Individual Therapy, support with Self-Directed Care, Independent Living Skills, support with Volunteering Opportunities, Return to Work, Weekly Activities, Service User Group etc. Plus, Training for Support Teams.

Other Activities
Caseworker Service- A community based social work led outreach service. This service provides specialist support to adults with Brain Injuries, their families and carers. We visit people in their own homes, this is a Whole Pathway Support Service to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey from inpatient to home. To access this service a professional referral is required. Please contact casework@schc.co.uk
