How can I try and describe someone so special? There are about the treasured time we all had with Clare, albeit too brief. There are words of beauty to describe her individuality and how she always made people feel at ease, a warm caring soul. There are words of sadness to try and communicate what we are feeling now she has passed.

But maybe most of all there are words of strength, of hope, of power, of resilience and of love. Words that can bring us all together, to cross these stormy waters.
For me Clare was a fiery spark full of love and determination. She was beautiful, smart, empathetic and encouraging, with the most amazing laugh. She always looked to better herself as a person. She was aware and spiritual, mindful.

She was a great listener with time for friends from all walks of life. She was as selfless as she was determined and left her mark on so many people, she will be missed dearly by all of the members of Headway Gwynedd & Mon.

Our thoughts are with her husband John, and her two daughters and grandchildren, she loved them all dearly.
